ကွန်ပျူတာ Locked 🔒 ဖြစ်သွားပါက ပြန်လည်ဖြေရှင်းနည်း။
1️⃣. Password ကို ပြန်ထည့်ကြည့်ပါ။
- Windows ဆိုပါက Ctrl + Alt + Delete နှိပ်ပြီး Password Screen ကိုပြန်ခေါ်ပါ။
- Mac ဆိုပါက ပေါ်လာသော Password Box ထဲ Password ပြန်ရိုက်ထည့်ကြည့်ပါ။
- Caps Lock/Num Lock ဖွင့်မိနေလား စစ်ပါ။
2️⃣. Restart လုပ်ပြီး Safe Mode ဖြင့်ဝင်ပါ (Windows)
1. Power Button ကိုဖိပြီး Force Shutdown လုပ်ပါ။
2. ပြန်ဖွင့်ပြီး F8 (or Shift + F8) ကိုနှိပ်ကာ Safe Mode ဝင်ပါ။
3. Administrator Account (password မလိုတတ်) ဖြင့်ဝင်ပြီး Control Panel > User Accounts မှ Password ပြောင်းပါ။
3️⃣. Password Reset Disk (Windows) သုံးပါ။
- အရင်က Password Reset Disk လုပ်ထားပါက USB/DVD ထည့်ပြီး Reset Password လုပ်နိုင်ပါသည်။
4️⃣. Microsoft Account Password Reset (Windows 10/11)
- Windows Password က Microsoft Account (ဥပမာ outlook.com) နှင့်ချိတ်ထားပါက:
1. အခြားကွန်ပျူတာ/ဖုန်းမှ [Microsoft Password Reset Page] သို့ဝင်ပါ။
2. Password ပြောင်းပြီး ကွန်ပျူတာမှ Internet ချိတ်ကာ လက်ရှိ Password ဖြင့်ပြန်ဝင်ပါ။
5️⃣. Mac အတွက် Recovery Mode
1. ပါဝါခလုတ် နှိပ်ပြီး Command (⌘) + R ကိုဖိထားပါ (Recovery Mode ဝင်ရန်)။
2. Utilities > Terminal ဖွင့်ပြီး `resetpassword` ရိုက်ထည့်ပါ။
3. Password ပြောင်းပြီး Restart လုပ်ပါ။
6️⃣. Linux အတွက် GRUB Menu
1. Restart လုပ်ပြီး GRUB Menu မှ Advanced Options > Recovery Mode ရွေးပါ။
2. Root Shell ဝင်ပြီး `passwd username` ဖြင့် Password ပြောင်းပါ။
7️⃣. Factory Reset (နောက်ဆုံးနည်း)
- အထက်ပါနည်းများမအောင်မြင်ပါက System Restore သို့မဟုတ် Windows/MacOS ပြန်တင်ပါ။
- ဒေတာများအားလုံးပျက်နိုင်သောကြောင့် Backup လုပ်ထားပါ။
