Currently, transactions have been seen in downtown Twantay for living and there are buyers in other areas for investment purpose,” said a local estate agent.
Out of eight downtown wards, transactions have happened in some wards and no surge in price has been seen.
“Of eight downtown wards, transactions have happened the most in Kyundaw, Shwesandaw and Zaythit. Among buyers, some are locals and people from other cities buy expensive estates.
