Myanmar Consul-General attends 2024 Sichuan-South Asia & Southeast Asia Business Summit
U Kyaw Zeyar Lin, Myanmar Consul-General in Chongqing, China, attended the 2024 China (Sichuan) South Asia and Southeast Asia Business Leaders’ Summit held at Chengdu, Sichuan, on 11 September, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Sichuan Council hosted this Summit to deepen ties between China and South Asia. Officials from the Sichuan Provincial Government, South Asian Association for Regional Cooperation Chambers of Commerce and Industry and representatives from Chambers of Commerce from 18 Southeast Asian Nations, officials from the consulates-general and the ASEAN-China Centre and about 100 local and foreign economic delegates were present at the meeting. — ASH/KK
