MMFA to offer Branch Performance Training (Batch 1) on 18 Jan

The Myanmar Microfinance Association (MMFA) will open Branch Performance Training (Batch 1) on 18-19 January 2024 from 9 am to 4 pm at the MMFA office in Yangon.
The course is tailored to operation managers, senior branch managers, branch managers, assistant branch managers, supervisors, and individuals engaged in the Human Resources Department, Training Department and a microfinance company and those who are interested in exploring a career in the microfinance sector.
Branch Performance Training will cover Social Performance Management and COC, Efficiency and Sustainability Management, Financial Management, Portfolio Quality Management and Risk and Compliance, HR and MIS, with Certified Trainers of Frankfurt School of Finance & Management’s Certify Trainer & Microfinance Professional Myanmar(MPM).
The fee is K120,000 for non-members. Members can enjoy a K20,000 discount. Trainees will receive a completion certificate.
