Tyler Robinson, the man accused of murdering conservative activist Charlie Kirk, will be allowed to wear civilian clothing during pretrial hearings, a Utah judge ruled on Monday.
At the same time, the judge denied a request from the suspect to appear during the proceedings without any restraints.
