Carl (Charlie Sheen) and James (Emilio Estevez) are just a pair of trash collectors looking for an easy day on the job — until a routine route lands them in the middle of a deadly conspiracy. When they stumble across evidence of illegal toxic waste dumping, the wisecracking duo suddenly find themselves way over their heads, with dangerous criminals watching their every move.
Armed with nothing but their wits, some questionable gadgets, and a whole lot of sarcasm, Carl and James set out to take down the operation — in their own hilariously reckless way.
