Six children, including a 2-month-old infant, were discovered locked inside a storage unit in Milwaukee early Tuesday morning, authorities said.
After receiving reports, officers found six children ranging in age from 2 months to 9 years old inside the unit. The other children were 2, 3, 5, and 7 years old, police said.
A 26-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man were taken into custody, according to police. Their charges are pending review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
