BREAKING: Police in Boulder, Colorado, responded Sunday to an attack at a downtown shopping area in Boulder, Colorado, that they say left several victims. A suspect was taken into custody, police said.
FBI Director Kash Patel said officials are investigating the incident as a "targeted terror attack." Boulder police said it was too early to speculate.
There was a group of people participating in a pro-Israel peaceful demonstration when that attack occurred, according to Boulder Police Chief Stephen Redfearn. But it was not immediately clear what group was targeted in the attack.
When they arrived, there were multiple victims at the scene with injuries consistent with burns, police said.
